Our Founder

With an early background in banking and a degree in product design, Charlie Brown has close to two decades in the industry. She is also undertaking a Masters in Neuroscience.

Having worked with companies like Amcor, Tetra Pak, KHS, DS Smith, KKR, Onex Corp, Bain and others building sector boards and driving global talent advisory, she has built an industry specialist and diverse team at Austin Frye.
